3. Orders and Payment

• Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment (unless Cash on Delivery is available and selected).
• We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways.
• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Delivery Policy

• We strive to deliver your cakes on the selected date and time. Slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery slots are subject to area availability.
• Customers must ensure correct delivery details. Sugar Parcel is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• For multiple orders to different addresses, separate orders must be placed.

• Any design reference provided will be used as inspiration, not an exact replica.

6. Quality and Freshness

• All our cakes are made fresh using premium ingredients.
• Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 24–48 hours for best taste and quality.
• Sugar Parcel is not responsible for product quality if storage or handling instructions are not followed after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sugar Parcel shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party logistics issues.
• Minor variations in design, color, or decoration are normal.
• Allergic reactions or health issues caused by ingredients (please check ingredients or inform us of allergies before placing your order).
